Founder and CEO of Seacreme, Jane Healy is an entrepreneur, motivational speaker and mother.
But her journey hasn’t been easy. Aged just nine years old, Jane suffered life-threatening third-degree burns after a methylated spirit stove accident. 75% of her body was burnt, leaving her with permanent scarring. She lost her ears, her breasts, and her neck was fused to her chest. As a young girl and teenager, Jane faced the challenge of learning old skills afresh and adapting to life after the accident.
Despite her trials, Jane has faced her challenges head on with grit, determination and positivity – and now she wants to inspire others to do the same. Using her own story as her inspiration, Jane runs workshops and life-changing seminars for individuals and organisations which are designed to encourage people to seek positives and look beyond the negatives, whatever life may throw at them.
Jane has spoken honestly about her experiences in the media, with high-profile coverage in national publications such as The Sun, The Mail on Sunday and Your Magazine. And in September 2014, she made her debut live television appearance on ITV’s This Morning.
With products designed to suit all skin types, Jane has taken her inspiration from the natural healing powers of the sea.
